**IMPORTANT!**
If you aren’t drinking this right away, be sure to have a GLASS AIRTIGHT container ready to store it in! I use GLASS mason jars with PLASTIC lids like these: http://JARS.life-regenerator.com
* I n g r e d i e n t s *
— 1 Thai Young Coconut (only the young coconut water is needed?you can use the young coconut meat for a different recipe)
— 1 bunch Cilantro
— 6 Carrots
— 1 Cucumber
— 2 heads Celery
— 1 bunch Spinach
* P r e p *
— 1) Open Thai Young Coconut to get coconut water out?watch this vid if you need help: http://bit.ly/u9Q4j
— 2) Run all other ingredients through your Breville juicer, or whatever the best juicer is for you. http://JUICERS.life-regenerator.com
— 3) Combine the resulting juice together with the coconut water.
— 4) For the portion of juice you’re drinking right now, just add ice if desired & enjoy!
— 5) Immediately pour any remaining juice into GLASS mason jars, sealed shut w/ PLASTIC lids (metal lids rust). GLASS JARS + LIDS for your JUICE can be found here: http://JARS.life-regenerator.com Then just keep your jars of juice in a fridge or cooler until you’re ready to drink some more! Your juice can stay very fresh this way for 2 days, 3 at the absolute most. IDEALLY, you want to drink juice RIGHT after it’s made. REALISTICALLY, not many people are able to make a fresh juice in the morning before work, nor while at work! So do the best YOU can & make JARS o’ JUICE! Can you dig it?

**BONUS HEALTHY SALAD RECIPE!**
When you have good spinach on hand, chop it up with some chopped red peppers, then squeeze lime juice over the top: it is the most delicious fat free salad you could ever have.

You are gonna love this one, and kids love it too! Say good-bye to cooked, processed & packaged cereals, as this is one delicious and satisfying breakfast, lunch OR dinner!! =)
INGREDIENTS:
~ Young Coconuts (meat & water)
~ Bananas
~ Blueberries
PREPARATION:
1) Slice bananas into serving bowls
2) Add blueberries
3) Blend the water and meat from fresh young coconuts in your Vita-Mix or another type of high-powered blender
4) Pour over bananas and blueberries
5) Serve and enjoy!

Totally 100% Raw Corn on the Cob,
Tomato Slices,
Cucumber Chunks &
Cilantro…
spritzed with Lime Juice ?
* I n g r e d i e n t s *
…missing quantities are up to you for this one!…
— Raw Corn on the Cob (yes, totally raw, NOT even so much as lightly steamed…although if you need to steam them, we won’t tell anyone…)
— Beefsteak Tomatoes
— Cucumbers*
— 1 bunch of Cilantro
— 1 Lime
*unpeeled if organic; peeled if inorganic
* P r e p a r a t i o n *
— 1) Shuck the corn, and lay out on what will be each person’s lunch or dinner plate.
— 2) Slice the beefsteak tomatoes into very large pieces & slice the cucumbers lengthwise into quarters, setting all sliced tomatoes & cucumbers along side the shucked ears of corn.
— 3) Chop the cilantro into large pieces, and divide among all of the plates as well.
— 4) Use a manual citrus juicer or a citrus hand juicer to squeeze the juice of the lime over everything on each plate, but concentrating most heavily on the cilantro and the corn.
— 5) Serve, and enjoy!

— I wanted to share with you a REAL raw food meal, meaning one that is more typical for a REALLY quick and simple raw food dinner. This recipe involves no machines! But I do use a knife…
— The top question type I have been getting has been about LOVE, and mainly in the sense of asking, “How do I get more love?”
— The 2nd top question type I have been getting has been all things related to CORN, yes corn…go figure! So, to ward off in advance any further “So how do you prepare your corn?” type questions, here is the answer if you haven’t figured it out already: I eat my corn 100% raw and unadulterated…not even slightly steamed!
— Regarding love, we are all an infinite field and we just come out of that…but with conditionings brought upon by us by our environments. At each of our cores, we really are all innocent. Just because many of us have been programmed with ‘negative’ and/or ‘ignorant’ things, through no faults of our own, this does not make our inner, innocent selves out to be bad…
— So we REALLY need to love OURSELVES no matter what! Take some time to sit with yourself, be it via meditation, or spending more time alone…and learn to love yourself…just do it!
