If you aren’t drinking this right away, be sure to have a GLASS AIRTIGHT container ready to store it in! I use GLASS mason jars with PLASTIC lids like these: http://JARS.life-regenerator.com

* I n g r e d i e n t s *
— 1 Thai Young Coconut (only the young coconut water is needed?you can use the young coconut meat for a different recipe)
— 1 bunch Cilantro
— 6 Carrots
— 1 Cucumber
— 2 heads Celery
— 1 bunch Spinach

* P r e p *
— 1) Open Thai Young Coconut to get coconut water out?watch this vid if you need help: http://bit.ly/u9Q4j

— 2) Run all other ingredients through your Breville juicer, or whatever the best juicer is for you. http://JUICERS.life-regenerator.com

— 3) Combine the resulting juice together with the coconut water.

— 4) For the portion of juice you’re drinking right now, just add ice if desired & enjoy!

— 5) Immediately pour any remaining juice into GLASS mason jars, sealed shut w/ PLASTIC lids (metal lids rust). GLASS JARS + LIDS for your JUICE can be found here: http://JARS.life-regenerator.com Then just keep your jars of juice in a fridge or cooler until you’re ready to drink some more! Your juice can stay very fresh this way for 2 days, 3 at the absolute most. IDEALLY, you want to drink juice RIGHT after it’s made. When you have good spinach on hand, chop it up with some chopped red peppers, then squeeze lime juice over the top: it is the most delicious fat free salad you could ever have. :D

* I n g r e d i e n t s *
— 1 Thai Young Coconut (Coconut Water)
— 1 head of Celery
— 1 Cucumber (unpeeled if organic, peeled if inorganic)
— 1 bunch of Spinach (organic is vital here…only get it if it looks vibrant and fresh!)

How to Make Okonomiyaki (Japanese Assorted Pancake)

Ingredients for Okonomiyaki
(serves 2 people)

- Batter -
100g Soft Wheat Flour (3 1/2 oz)
140ml Dashi Soup (5 oz)
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
1 tpsp Grated Yamaimo (Japanese Mountain Yam)
A Little Bit of Salt

200g Cabbage & Welsh Onion (7 oz)
50g Boiled Octopus (1 3/4 oz)
8 Deep-Water Shrimps
Sakuraebi (Dried Pink Baby Shrimps)
Tenkasu (Bits of Deep-Fried Tempura Batter)
Beni Syoga (Pickled Ginger)
2 Eggs
100g Slice Pork (3 1/2 oz)

- Toppings -
Okonomiyaki Sauce
Long Green Onion
Mayonnaise
Dried Bonito Frakes
