**BONUS HEALTHY SALAD RECIPE!**
When you have good spinach on hand, chop it up with some chopped red peppers, then squeeze lime juice over the top: it is the most delicious fat free salad you could ever have.
* I n g r e d i e n t s *
— 1 Thai Young Coconut (Coconut Water)
— 1 head of Celery
— 1 Cucumber (unpeeled if organic, peeled if inorganic)
— 1 bunch of Spinach (organic is vital here…only get it if it looks vibrant and fresh!)
* P r e p a r a t i o n *
— 1) Open young coconut to get coconut water out ~ watch this video if you need help: http://bit.ly/u9Q4j
— 2) Run celery, cucumber and spinach through your Breville juicer, or whatever the best juicer is for you. http://bit.ly/mIrEW
— 3) Combine juice with the coconut water and add ice, if desired.

Move over Rachael Ray! Tiedyeman is cookin’ now! From preparing the ingredients to finished dish, Tiedyeman shows how to cook shrimp with Alfredo sauce and pasta. Using mostly fresh ingredients to create a subtle blend of flavors that will be delicious and relatively easy to fix. This meal takes about 15 minutes to cook after the prep work is done. Please, try this at home! Here’s an approximate list of ingredients for people that like to measure stuff while they cook:
1 lb. shrimp
2 tbsp butter
3 to 6 pieces of fresh garlic
1 pint half and half
2 oz. Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp flour
1/2 cup water
1/8 tsp basil
1/8 tsp oregano
1 lb package of pasta
1/2 tsp salt

Fish Taco Recipe
This fish taco recipe from Jason Hill is a Mexican favorite, originating in Baja, Mexico, and popularized with Rubio’s Fish Taco recipe in Mission Bay, San Diego. This video shows you how to make grilled fish tacos along with Jason’s fish taco white sauce. Serve alongside a cold Corona beer. Ole!
Fish Taco Recipe
Serves four
• 2 six ounce pieces of white fish (I use mahi mahi)
• 2 cups of my lemon herb marinade.
• 8 corn tortillas.
• 2 cups of shredded cabbage.
• 1 fresh diced tomato
• small bunch of fresh cilantro
• 1 cup of fish taco white sauce
First rinse thawed fish under cool water and pat dry. Next, place fish in a plastic bag and pour the marinade over the fish. Seal bag and mix around with your hands. Marinade in the refrigerator no more than thirty minutes. Next, dice one tomato, and shred up some cabbage. Then go start your grill. If you don’t have a grill, or BBQ, then you can either fry or bake your fish. After the fish is done, assemble your fish tacos straight away! Enjoy, and thanks for tubing in!
