    @pseudohippie55 Except there is no Fifth Avenue in Hershey. While it is now owned by Hershey, it originated up the road in Reading, where the Fifth Avenue signs used to look like the candy wrappers.

    The $100 bonus was only there for the first four playings; however, the range was increased to $20-$21 on January 26, 1989. I thought I might include that, because it could appear to some people that the $20-$21 rule and getting rid of the bonus was close together.
