Oyster sauce is also more versatile than soy sauce because it already has a consistency and is sweet and savory.
Rice wine adds a nice lift to the overall taste, so it’s good idea to add add some rice wine while you’re still stir frying with the sauce.
Be careful when using soy sauce, because soy sauce is salty and also adds an acidic taste to your dishes. Most of the times, you’ll only need a little soy sauce.
